2. 應聘職位和公司情況了解

Then why do you want to leave them and join us?

應答思路

應聘者可以從以下幾個方面來回答這一常規難題。

1. 簡單提及應聘者目前所在公司的缺陷，譬如缺乏晉升機會、沒有進一步發展的空間等，但要注意點到為止。然后應重點強調所應聘公司的優勢，如企業文化、規模、名譽、培訓機會等。

2. 強調所應聘職位的優勢，如具有挑戰性和較大發展空間等。

3. 強調應聘職位符合自己的興趣。

4. 說明自己能為所應聘職位和公司做出有價值的貢獻。

4. 薪資期望

What salary would you expect for this job?

應答思路

對于這一問題，應聘者一般應采取盡量模糊的方式或避免回答。可以利用以下兩種回答來應付主考官：“I’m aware of the range in the marketplace. I’m sure you’ll come up with a most appropriate offer that will be based on my background and ability.”“ I would expect some increase from my existing salary. I feel con?dent that a company like yours wil come up with a good offer.”
